A Celebration of wine, food, music and friends

FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Are you interested in volunteering at the festival?  We welcome all those aged 21 or older interested in helping us create the best festival experience for our guests.  If you are energetic, love wine – or want to learn a little more about wine – and are willing to provide 4 hours of your time during the festival weekend, we want to hear from you!

Volunteers are asked to fill various roles on-site at the event:

• Admission booth attendants – ticket sales, distribute wine glasses and programs

• Refreshment booth attendants – sell soda, water and wine by the glass

• Parking directors/attendants

• Hospitality tent admission monitors

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift time and work the entire shift.  You should also be prepared to stand on your feet the entire time.  Shifts are scheduled between the hours of 11:30pm and 6:00pm.

Working volunteers will receive a festival t-shirt and free admission to the festival for one day.
